My Failures and Lessons Learned

What does the seasoned clinician have that the young clinician does not? Experience. Often, much more knowledge is gained through our failures than our successes.
This lecture will evaluate a career of “lessons learned” not just by successful treatment planning and execution but also of failures and missteps. We are all going to have failures, so let’s see what can be learned from them to facilitate improved patient care.
